What CDM’s are doing that you are not:
The Centers for Dental MedicineTM Marketing program is designed to distinguish your practice as the leader in the Oral Systemic Connection in your area. Each “Center” is assigned an exclusive territory of between 10,000 and 20,000 people. No more than 10% of dentists will ever be considered a “Center for Dental Medicine”
Marketing Program Overview
Systems Manual
Each Center for Dental Medicine shall be thoroughly trained in the Comprehensive Periodontal Treatment System as outlined in the Diamond Age System Systems Manual. The manual covers all aspects of treatment, products, case presentation dialogs, forms, and marketing materials.
Web Sites
Diamond Age Systems has acquired several domains for promoting and marketing the future of dental wellness. The following sites are operational and are being constantly updated and revised:
• www.DiamondAgeSystems.com Contains numerous resources regarding the Oral-Systemic Disease Connection, Laser Sulcular Decontamination, Lasers in Dental Surgery, Nutritional Therapy.
• www.CentersForDentalMedicine.com A Referral Directory for consumers to locate a Periodontal Therapist Office in their vicinity.
• www.877GumCare.com A Referral Directory for consumers to locate a Periodontal Therapist Office in their vicinity using the toll free number.
Toll-Free Phone Number: 1-877-Gum Care
Diamond Age Systems has reserved a memorable toll-free number. When a patient phones in from a specific area code, they can be directed to the Center for Dental Medicine in their area. This advanced phone system menu can give a referral based upon a zip code menu and connect the caller directly to the Center for Dental Medicine.

Centers for Dental Medicine Template Web Site

Each Center for Dental Medicine client will have the option of having a free CDM template web site. The templates will be part of the Centers for Dental Medicine website.
Referral Program
• Existing Patients
• Medical Professional
A large part of the Center For Dental Medicine marketing program will rely upon referrals. We have prepared several unique strategies for working with both existing patients and physicians to generate referrals.
Press Release Program
In order to maximize the dissemination of information on this crucial program, we need to access the local and national media. Each month Diamond Age Systems will prepare press releases for distribution to the major media in each Center for Dental Medicine area ad well as the national media. Press releases will be customized for each client and will include detailed instructions on implementation. Press releases may be mailed, emailed, or faxed.
Public Service Announcements
Diamond Age Systems is working on a series of Public Service Announcements or PSA’s. PSA’s are free messages run by the media in conjunction with the Ad Council that newspapers, radio & television, and magazines run on behalf of worthwhile community services and non-profits. Dentistry as an organized body has done very little to access this valuable marketing tool.
Public Relations
Diamond Age Systems will work to establish connections with the media to schedule interviews, speaking engagements, and featured articles in magazines.
Cooperative Radio Program
Diamond Age Systems will launch a consumer-targeted series of 15 sec., 30 sec. and 1 min. radio spots in each market area beginning with the second Center for Dental Medicine. The advertisements will feature Marcus Gitterle, MD., an innovative physician in life extension technology. The primary focus will be to target the large middle-aged market including the mature market (both of which are at risk of periodontal disease and heart disease).
Cooperative Television Marketing
Long-range goals are to access the television media with advertisements and an infomercial production.
Patient Education Materials
• Brochures
• Referral Card
• PowerPoint Presentations
Marketing Materials
• Newspaper Ads
• Magazine Ads
• Post Card Mailers
Seminars & Speaking Engagements
Diamond Age Systems will present a minimum of one seminar per month in conjunction with a Center for Dental Medicine Training Office. Diamond Age Speaking Staff will present at study clubs, workshops, and dental conventions.
In addition, Diamond Age Systems will host a series of “Lunch & Learn” phone conference calls each week for physicians, cardiologists, endocrinologists, OB-GYN’s, and other health care professionals to orient them on the latest research on Oral-Systemic Diseases and on the Medical-Dental team approach to treatment.
Monthly Client Phone Presentation
Each month (or more frequently as needed) Diamond Age Systems will present a one-hour conference call available to all clients. This is an ideal opportunity to learn from other Centers for Dental Medicine clients about what is working best and how to achieve superior results. It will afford each Center for Dental Medicine the opportunity to give suggestions, evaluate new techniques, and give valuable input.
