Is Exceptional Practice right for you?
If you’re committed to your craft, open to coaching, and ready to look honestly at your numbers, this program was built for you.
How much time do I need each week?
Most Docs spend 20–90 minutes watching modules and 60 minutes on the live call. We recommend setting aside an additional 30–60 minutes to implement one or two key actions with your team. In total, 2–3 hours per week is plenty to create meaningful progress!
What if I can’t make the live calls?
All live calls are recorded and may be uploaded to your member area. You can submit questions in advance, and we’ll answer them on the call so you still get personalized support even if you’re adjusting during the session.
Is this only for certain practice models?
These frameworks work for a wide range of practice models: cash, insurance-based, family wellness, personal injury, and integrated clinics. We strive to dive directly into your practice and tune up any challenges you face.
Can my team join the training?
At this time, we will be focusing directly on you as the doctor and clinic owner.
Eventually--Yes. We will strongly encourage you to bring key team members—especially your CAs and office manager—into the appropriate modules and live calls. That way, they help build the systems with you instead of you trying to “sell” them on changes later.
Do you offer payment plans?
The Exceptional Practice is structured as a $500 monthly membership, allowing you to remain actively engaged with ongoing training, coaching, and program development.
